A Christmas Carol - A Ghost Story of Christmas returns this year with a re-telling of Charles Dickens' classic story that follows Ebenezer Scrooge’s journey with the three ghosts that visit him on Christmas Eve. Power figures, once commonly referred to as fetishes, are among the best-known and most striking examples of religious art in sub-Saharan Africa.

Max Ernst: In the Garden of Nymph Ancolie
Organized by the Cleveland Museum of Art, the exhibition “Art and Power in the Central African Savanna,” will feature art from four different African cultures: the Chokwe, the Luluwa, the Songye, and the Luba.
