Another Customer Advantage for Greenway Plaza Customers
METRO Q Cards Now Available at the Greenway Plaza Transportation Center
Greenway Plaza’s Transportation Center is now a Retail Location for METRO Q Cards. The Transportation Center is located in Phase I on the Concourse level at the corner of the down ramp from Buffalo Speedway between 3 and 4 Greenway Plaza across from the Visitor’s Parking Lot and The Car Butler.
The Q Card allows for a single method of payment for all METRO services. It works like a debit card, storing a cash balance and deducting the fare each time you ride. The Q Card is reusable so you can add money to it at any time. Lost or Stolen cards can be protected by registering the card with METRO.
Benefits of using the Q Card:
- 5 free trips for every 50 paid rides
- Faster boarding
- Free transfers (valid for 2 hours in one direction)
- Card balance protection (if you register your card)
- 50% discount for students, seniors, the disabled and METROLift cardholders with proper documentation of status. Discount cards must be purchased at a METRO RideStore and are not available at Greenway’s Transportation Center.
Standard Parking’s - SPare™ Program
Emergency roadside assistance is available to Greenway Plaza customers through a nationwide agreement that Standard Parking has made with Pop-A-Lock. Under this agreement Standard Parking’s Greenway customers who experience vehicle problems in the parking garages or on the road at any location can receive help by calling toll free at 1.866.731.9622.
The program offers basic emergency services including: battery jump starts, flat tire changes or inflation, fuel delivery, lock-out services and towing. Towing is limited in distance to a reasonable location. There are no membership fees, you pay only for services used and major credit cards are accepted.
Customers are responsible for all charges incurred as represented below:
Tire Change / inflation - $25
Battery Jump Start - $25*
Fuel Delivery (+ cost of Fuel) - $25
Unlock Car Doors / lost keys - $60
*Greenway Plaza Security provides jump starts for free within the Greenway garages.
